Low Intensity Light Therapy

For more than 20 years, Cold Laser Light Therapy has been used extensively throughout the world to effectively treat a number of soft-tissue injuries, pain and inflammatory conditions. Cold Laser Light Therapy has helped tens of thousands of people worldwide manage pain and promote healing, without the use of drugs or surgery.

Our BioFlex Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT) system uses red, infrared, and laser light sources to stimulate natural chemical processes in cellular structures. LILT treatments provide pain relief and can reduce healing time for damaged tissue.

BioFlex Laser Therapy System’s patented technology offers clinicians the highest clinical success rates with predictable, reliable, and reproducible results. BioFlex is the most advanced laser therapy system available and is designed as a non-invasive, non-toxic therapy for a wide variety of medical conditions, including soft tissue injuries, arthritis, wound healing, repetitive motion and sports injuries.

Effects Of Laser Light On Tissue
In straightforward terms, Low Level Light Laser Therapy provides pain relief, reduces tissue damage from an injury, and assists the body in rapid healing.

How Can Low Level Light Laser Benefit You?

  • Relieve acute and chronic pain
  • Increase the speed, quality and tensile strength of tissue repair.
  • Increase blood supply
  • Stimulate nerve function
  • Promote faster wound healing and clot formation
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Helps stimulate development of collagen and muscle tissue

Number Of Treatments Needed
Sometimes symptoms can be relieved immediately; however, a minimum of 4-12 treatments are necessary to begin the healing process of the tissue involved.

We recommend the initial treatment schedule of 2 to 3 times per week. Minimum treatment would be 1x per week to see results. The interval between treatments will lengthen as the condition improves.

How Long Is Each Treatment?
Treatments can vary in time from 30 – 60 minutes depending on the condition being treated. Research studies show that there may be a close dependent on response, so it may be more effective to treat at lower doses at multiple intervals than to treat a single time with a high dose.

Are There Any Side-Effects?
Low Level Light Lasers are safe, non-toxic and non-evasive; there has not been a recorded negative side effect in over 1700 publications.
